Rules in IV when partying
1) carry a cup
2) carry the cup upside down when walking the streets
3) a cup will make you look like a Freshman (assuming if you are the college age, if not, why are you doing this?)
4) random friendly parties are centrally located at the 6600 block of DP and spread out from there.
5) it is easier to carry your own liquor
6) you will know if it is a “private party”
7) if you are a girl, there are no such things as private parties
8) don’t fall off the cliffs
9) don’t *** in the streets
10) no such thing as sidewalks, so don’t get hit by a car
11) no, surfing at 2am is not a good idea while you’re p!ssed.
12) Freebird’s Burritos is open 24 hours
